You will earn a percentage-based commission for every successful project you bring to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential client companies to establish partnerships for job placements.
  • Communicate effectively with company representatives to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to match job openings with qualified candidates from our talent pool.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for successful placements.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and track the progress of partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and employment opportunities to maximize our agency’s success.
