Job Description

As the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Crypto Casino & Sportsbook brand. The ideal candidate is a growth-focused leader with hands-on marketing expertise in the gaming sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer growth and retention, and contribute significantly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies that align with business objectives with a focus on customer acquisition and retention, affiliate and strategic partnerships, and SEO and paid marketing.
  • Customer Acquisition and Conversion: Optimise the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates at every stage, measuring success through improvements in growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Create and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid, SEO, affiliate, and partnerships, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel customer experience.
  • Market Dominance: Drive innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that outperform industry competitors to boost customer engagement and conversions.
  • Team Management: Collaborate and inspire a high-performing marketing team encompassing CRM, Retention, Social Media, Community Management, Affiliate, and Influencer Partnerships.
  • Industry Networking: Cultivate influential relationships within the betting, gaming, and crypto industries, advocating for our products and services to drive growth and market dominance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in crafting brand strategies from inception to execution.
  • Proficiency in planning and implementing effective marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrencies and online gaming.
  • Familiarity with PR and global media strategies, especially in the tech and gaming sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
